Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Ricardo Gutierrez Garcia, trading as Vantably (“we”, “us”), the seller and operator of Vantably. By creating an account or continuing to use Vantably, you agree to these terms.

The service

Vantably creates personalized lessons, practice questions, review check-ins and feedback on your explanations using artificial intelligence. A free plan is available; Vantably Plus is a paid subscription with extra features described on our pricing page.

Your account

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live (or have a parent or guardian’s permission). Keep your login details private and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, fraud, spam, or harassment.
• No infringing anyone’s intellectual property.
• No interfering with security: no malware, probing, scraping, or attempts to bypass limits.
• No using Vantably to create illegal, hateful, or harmful content, deepfakes, or to “jailbreak” the AI.

AI-generated content

Lessons and feedback are generated by AI and may be incomplete or wrong. They are for general learning only and are not professional, financial, medical, or legal advice. Please check important facts yourself. You are responsible for what you type in and how you use the results, and you must have the right to use anything you submit. We may remove content, refuse or filter outputs, or restrict accounts that misuse the service. Rights holders can report infringing content to us and repeat infringers may lose access.

Ownership

We own Vantably, including its software, design, and branding. You keep ownership of what you write. You give us a limited permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. We grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use Vantably within your plan; please don’t copy, resell, or reverse engineer it.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, renewal, tax, and cancellation terms are set out in Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for. See our refund policy.

Service level

We work hard to keep Vantably running well, but we don’t guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vantably is provided “as is”, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, non-payment, or a security or fraud risk. You can stop using Vantably and delete your account at any time by contacting us.
