Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated October 15, 2026
This policy explains how Vantably is meant to be used. It sits alongside our Terms of Service and applies to the free plan and Vantably Plus alike. The operator is Ricardo Gutierrez Garcia, trading as Vantably.
What Vantably is for
Vantably helps one person learn and remember things: it explains a topic, asks practice questions, brings ideas back for review, and gives feedback when you explain something in your own words. It is built for your own studying, teaching, and curiosity.
Please don’t
- Don’t use it to get around rules you’re expected to follow. Vantably is for learning, not for cheating on an exam, quiz, or graded assignment, or for submitting AI-written work as your own where your school, employer, or client doesn’t allow it.
- Don’t try to trick the AI into producing harmful material. That includes illegal content, hate or harassment, content that sexualises minors, deepfakes or impersonation, instructions for self-harm or weapons, and prompts designed to bypass these rules.
- Don’t submit other people’s private information — names, contact details, health or financial records, or work you don’t have the right to use — unless you have their permission.
- Don’t abuse the account system. One account per person; no sharing or selling logins, no creating extra accounts to get around the free daily lesson limit, and no reselling, scraping, or automatically bulk-generating lessons for a service you charge others for.
- Don’t interfere with the service — no malware, probing, scanning, attempts to bypass plan limits, or overload requests that slow Vantably down for other people.
What happens if these rules are broken
We may filter or refuse an output, remove content, limit features, suspend access, or end an account. For a serious or repeated breach we’ll usually tell you what happened, but we may act first where someone is at risk or the service is being abused. If your access ends while you’re paying, our refund policy still applies.
Reporting a problem
If you think Vantably is being used in a way that breaks these rules — including a rights holder reporting material you own — tell us through vantably.app and we’ll look into it.
