How it works

• You can request a full refund within 30 days of any payment, including renewals.
• New Plus subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. Cancel during the trial and you won’t be charged.
• If you cancel without a refund, you keep Plus until the end of the period you already paid for.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by our reseller, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email from your receipt, or reply to your receipt email. You can also contact us through vantably.app and we’ll help.
